Welcome! My name is Marreyah and I am a fully accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have over 8 years experience working within mental health services within the NHS and privately. I have been specifically trained to support people who experience a range of mental health problems including depression, generalised anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Body Dysmorphia and personality disorder traits.
I have a special interest in working with young adults, perinatal parents and those who have experienced trauma.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a Senior Therapist in the NHS Staff Support Hub supporting Health & Social Care staff with their wellbeing as well as training teams in wellbeing support. I also work as a seminar leader at UCL supporting trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners with their training.
My therapeutic style is open, empathetic, caring and non judgmental. I work compassionately and collaboratively to empower and support my clients in achieving their goals.

Jernene Eubank

Hello, my name is Jernene I am a provisionally accredited BABCP Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have 13 years experience working within mental health services, this includes; working within an acute psychiatric setting, drug and alcohol services and primary NHS mental health services. I have been specifically trained to offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to individuals experiencing depression, generalised anxiety, OCD, health anxiety, social anxiety etc.
As well as one to one therapy I have become particularly interested in adapting traditional one to one therapy into wellbeing workshops that can target and benefit larger numbers of people.
I am a very reflective therapist that will constantly self-refect and ensure that I am working collaboratively and empathically. My focus will always be to work in line with your goals. This will involve challenging, encouraging and supporting you towards positive change that will have lasting effects.
